Welcome to 'I Dream in Chocolate'. This is my personal chocolate fan site that grew from a writing project and two wedding cakes (long story!)  All chocolate fans are welcome here.

 

I always like to hear from others who love chocolate. If you register with the site (to keep out spammers), you are very welcome to post in the forums, or to post recipes (please do!), or questions, articles, news and reviews for publishing elsewhere on the website.

 

If you're a professional working with chocolate, or if you also have a website relating to chocolate, cookery, fairtrade, or nutrition, you are very welcome to post links to relevant websites (ie safe, family friendly and relating to chocolate) as long as your post also includes new and non-copyright chocolate related information or entertainment content.

 

Please note also, I am strictly an amateur chocolate fan: don't take any of this site's information as a substitute for professional advice, and don't blame any kitchen disasters on me - I have plenty of those of my own!
