Dawn's Very Easy Chocolate Mousse

Melt some chocolate and mix with warmed fromage frais to taste. Leave to cool, preferably in a bowl made of chocolate (Dawn suggests using a mould for this!) The result: a very quick and easy chocolate mousse! :)

How much cocoa?

	None - white chocolate for me (weirdo!)
	Low - Caramac type
	Typical milk chocolate - around 30%
	Hotel Chocolat milk chocolate: 40 or 50%
	Typical plain chocolate
	The really macho high cocoa stuff: 70%, 85%, 90% etc
	100% (yikes!)
