I was recently in Bristol for an OU tutorial and met my brother and his family for a very pleasant lunch at a pavement cafe called Theory.

 

All of the food was nice, but the highlight had to be this delicious truffly chocolate cup cake, which was beautifully presented with a little shortbread biscuit, and so rich it took the three of us sharing to finish it. Yum!

 

Those familiar with Bristol will be able to find Theory in between '@Bristol' and the river.

Battle of the Easter Eggs :)

We got 2 kinds of Easter Eggs for our family this year: Burnt Sugar and Dubble. But how can we compare them, and do we really have to? 

I've always thought there was something so romantic about chocolate hearts, and every Valentine's Day I would secretly hope to get one. So when the Co-op started selling this little set of six Fairtrade chocolate hearts,  I was keen to try them and dropped some massive hints.  

 

Finally, on Valentine's Day they appeared (thanks!) and stayed for a couple of days, then disappeared :)
