	None - white chocolate for me (weirdo!)
	Low - Caramac type
	Typical milk chocolate - around 30%
	Hotel Chocolat milk chocolate: 40 or 50%
	Typical plain chocolate
	The really macho high cocoa stuff: 70%, 85%, 90% etc
	100% (yikes!)
